Have you been wanting your own Southern Nevada Chapter of Trout Unlimited Club shirt?  BOD member Jim Fiore has worked our a deal for chapter members to enjoy getting a shirt of their choice embroidered with the club logo and their names.  The process is simple:

1. Buy the shirt you want to use as your club shirt.

2. Wash and press the shirt first so it will not shrink.

3. Print out the form below and complete it.

4. Bring the shirt and form to Jim Fiore at the next meeting, along with $4.00 for the TU logo only, $5.00 for your name only, or $9.00 if you want both on your shirt.
